Returns & Exchanges

Every work in the EditionOne collection is produced to order — printed, prepared, and shipped specifically for you. Because each piece is made on demand, we are unable to accept returns.

30-Day Exchange Policy

We want you to love what arrives. If a work doesn't feel right in your space, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll find the right piece for you. Reach us at hello@editionone.co.il.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@editionone.co.il with a photo of the item. We'll make it right.

European Union

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at hello@editionone.co.il to initiate the process.
