Shipping policy

Every work is printed and prepared to order. We take the time to do it right.

Delivery Within Israel

Orders are delivered within 14 business days from payment approval. This includes printing, quality control, and framing. Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli national holidays.

Large framed works above 70×100 cm are delivered via a dedicated courier service. For oversized pieces in remote areas, we'll contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery solution.

Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout based on format and destination.

Production & Cancellation

Every piece is produced specifically for you. Because of this:

Cancellations within 24 hours of ordering are accepted in full. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted, in accordance with Consumer Protection Regulations regarding goods manufactured to a customer's specifications.

To cancel, write to hello@editionone.co.il. Cancellation is confirmed only upon written acknowledgment from us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your work arrives damaged, notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, security emergencies, or national strikes.
